Return Policy

Cancellations

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons. Please contact us if you have received the wrong item.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if you have received the wrong item. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to be refunded.
