Handmade Disclosure
Each piece is handcrafted by me personally. The jewelry you receive may vary slightly due to being 100% handmade.
What kind of materials do you use for your jewelry?
I use non-tarnish color coated copper wires. I also use plastic, glass and gemstone embellishments. There will be new and hypoallergenic materials added to the collection in the future.
How often do you restock your pieces?
Most of the jewelry is "made to order" and will be in the description of each piece. Common pieces are restocked every 2 weeks. Occasionally, new designs will be added to the site.
What is "made to order"?
Made to order allows me to craft your jewelry after it is purchased. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before shipping.
What shipping methods do you provide?
I offer USPS First Class and USPS Priority. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
When will I receive my tracking number?
A tracking number will be emailed to you after your label has been created. Receiving your tracking number does not mean your package has already shipped. Please check your tracking number often and contact us for any concerns.
What is your refund policy?
Due to each piece being 100% handmade, along with safety precautions, all sales are final. Exceptions will be made for customers who have received the wrong jewelry. Please contact me with proof of purchase to be accomodated.
If you are concerned about condition of your package, you will have the option to insure it at checkout by selecting USPS Priority Mail.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Your jewelry will be made with non-tarnish wires. That means it will not corrode or discolor your skin. The jewelry can be worn in the water. However, it's best to limit exposure to water to preserve the non-tarnish coating.
